Our Founder
Mr. Billy C. Rodriguez served as the 688 Cyberspace Wing A5 Director and the Deputy Director, 33d Cyberspace Operations Squadron (AFCERT/AFIN-SOC) at Joint-Base San Antonio Lackland, Texas. He supported and advised 16th Air Force in integrating tactics, daily operations, management, resources, facilities, and administrative activities in support of cyber and intelligence related issues. Additionally, he supported Requirements Development, Strategy Development, Planning, and Governance. He exercised broad responsibility and authority for planning and managing the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned team members and communicated the Cyberspace strategic plan, mission, vision, and values across the Air Force. He developed and implemented programs to ensure the productivity, health, and welfare of the cyber warfighter.
